Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Better Taste Foods Ltd [confirm legal name], company number [Companies House number], [Registered office address]. Contact: hello@bettertastefoods.com. They don't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Orders and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Your order is accepted when we email a confirmation after payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders of £35.00 or more. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for unopened items that aren't perishable. Email us, return the item within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food can't be returned unless it's faulty.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Allergens

Check the label on the product before eating. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can also bring claims in the courts where you live.
